EXPERTISE IN ADHESIVES AND MATERIALS: TAILORED SOLUTIONS FOR YOUR NEEDS
At Tag&Play®, every RFID and NFC project is unique. We understand that each RFID or NFC project comes with specific challenges, particularly regarding substrate conditions and usage environments. With our advanced expertise in adhesives and materials, we deliver solutions that ensure optimal adhesion and reliable performance, even in the most demanding conditions.
A Tailored Approach to Meet Your Needs
- Substrate Analysis
We carefully study the surfaces where our RFID/NFC products will be applied to choose the ideal solution:
- Smooth or rough surfaces: Glass, metal, wood, plastic, or concrete.
- Flexible or rigid substrates: Textiles, rubber, or curved surfaces.
- Technical surfaces: Materials with specific treatments (non-stick, hydrophobic, etc.).
- Durable and Adaptable Materials
We use specialized materials to meet your operational constraints:
- Temperature resistance: Suitable for industrial applications in extreme cold or heat.
- Waterproof and moisture-resistant: Perfect for outdoor or humid environments.
- Chemical resistance: Protection against solvents, oils, and aggressive chemicals.
- Mechanical durability: Solutions resistant to abrasion, impacts, and repeated handling.
- Specialized Adhesives for Optimal Bonding
We select adhesives that ensure reliable, long-lasting fixation under all conditions:
- High-performance adhesives for difficult surfaces: Compatible with low-energy materials like polyethylene or polypropylene.
- Industrial-grade adhesives: Ensure strong bonding on rough or complex surfaces.
- Repositionable options: Ideal for applications requiring flexibility during initial placement.
- Thermal and chemical resistance options: Suitable for harsh environments.
Expertise for Specific Environments
Industry and Logistics
- Labels resistant to dusty, greasy, or vibrating environments.
- Materials tailored for cold warehouses or high-temperature manufacturing processes.
Outdoor Environments
- Solutions resistant to UV rays, humidity, and harsh weather conditions.
- Adhesives and substrates that deliver stable performance on surfaces exposed to natural elements.
Why Choose Our Expertise?
- Rigorous Selection: We collaborate with top suppliers of adhesives and materials (3M, Avery Dennison) to ensure impeccable quality.
- Customized Approach: Each project is individually assessed to provide a solution perfectly suited to your needs.
FLIP CHIP / INLAY
Equipped with a TAL 15000, we have our own die-attachment solution for small and medium-sized production in France.
We maintain a substantial stock of chips and antennas to respond very quickly to even the most specific requests.
Our production capacity is 20 million units per year.
CONVERTING
We have 2 complexing lines dedicated to assembling custom NFC tags (choice of adhesive, backing, front layer, antenna, etc.).
Whether in rolls or as individual units, we produce labels tailored to your needs.
We provide guidance on selecting the most suitable adhesive for the surface where your NFC tags will be applied, as well as on material choices based on your specific requirements and technical constraints.
PERSONALIZATION
Our tools allow us to print RFID labels in 600 DPI full color with fixed or variable data (images, QR codes, barcodes, etc.) while automatically removing defective tags.
Tag memory customization is performed simultaneously, and the printing can be linked to it (e.g., a QR code containing the tag’s UID).
We can print and encode up to 30,000 units per hour.
TECHNICAL ENCODING / ENCRYPTION
We push the boundaries of RFID encoding by offering tailored solutions designed to meet the most demanding requirements. With advanced technological infrastructure and deep expertise, we provide precise, secure encoding compatible with the most sophisticated chips, such as NTAG DNA, ICODE DNA, and many others.
Secure Interaction: we use dedicated APIs to exchange encoded data in an encrypted manner with our clients, ensuring maximum security at every stage. Key Customization: we generate and insert unique cryptographic keys into each RFID chip, such as NTAG DNA and ICODE DNA, to provide enhanced protection against counterfeiting and unauthorized access.
